Testing & Certification
Custom military battery packs are required to withstand some of the harshest environments on earth. They are subjected to extreme shock and vibration, severe heat and cold temperatures, high humidity, and can even be submerged. Whether the battery packs are used in combat training systems or in equipment used on the front lines, the energy solution must achieve optimal performance reliably, every time. Contract flow-down is guaranteed on military products provided by Batterypowerz. Contract review and product inspection is very important to us. Routine testing we perform on all battery packs to ensure full functionality include incoming inspection of components, in-process, and final inspection. Additional mechanical testing is implemented on new designs to ensure optimal performance levels, ruggedness and strength. We perform International Protection Rating (IP Code) testing to confirm the battery pack’s resistance to dirt, dust, moisture, and water. We can supply our customers with complete records of the testing performed on all military battery products.
